Three room categories are on offer: 37m² standard rooms with garden, pool, or ocean views, 47-48m² rooms with corner balconies, and 62m² mezzanine units on the ground floor. The hotel sits on Nuanu’s 44-hectare creative-city infrastructure, with direct access to the largest natural lagoon pool on site (45m, 420m²), a 360-degree rooftop bar, on-site restaurant, gym, conference hall, and 24/7 concierge. This one is investment-only — units are managed and rented by Nuanu’s hospitality team, with projected ROI of 10-14% and a 7-8 year payback. The recycled-polymer parametric facade and immersive light-mapping installations are part of the project’s art-experience concept, designed to drive direct booking and event traffic from Nuanu’s global calendar. Tenure is leasehold, with 26 years base plus 20-year extension or a 36+20 option at higher tier. Entry is from $165,713 with a 30/30/20/20 payment schedule and a $3,000 reservable deposit. Completion is Q1 2027.
